Bataan Death March Fundraiser supporting the National Ability Center

I am going to run the route of the Bataan Death March (100 miles) in the Phillippines with other athletes to support the NAC and need your help to raise my pledged goal!

$7,110 towards $6,000

Join me in support for the Bataan Death March - 100 mile run - fundraiser for a good cause, the National Ability Center! Let's support good in the world and make a difference.

Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my $6000 goal for the National Ability Center, which empowers individuals of all abilities by building self-esteem, confidence and lifetime skills through sport, recreation and education programs.

By retracing the Bataan Death March route in the Phillippines I want to bring awareness to the NAC. The suffering and death of soldiers and civilians along this route in history was horrific and tragic as thousands of lives were lost. Remembering that time in history and retracing the same 100 miles hopefully will ignite an appreciation for the past that we can hold onto presently and bring that awareness to do some good.

Special places like the NAC in Park City, which was originally founded as a Park City Handicapped Sports Association, was funded from a grant by the Disabled Veterans of Utah in 1985. Since then, the NAC has continues to grow and expand with an ultimate goal: to eliminate isolation of individuals with disabilities.

Please support me and let's raise money for an awesome cause while doing some historic reflection! I am ready, well, I am training to be ready!
